Glenfiddich in "Jack Reacher" Starring Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise doesn't actually appear in this scene but it has been a while since we've had an honest-to-goodness Glenfiddich sighting so I thought "Why not?".  There actually have been three scotch sightings featuring Cruise in the past, however.  Check them out here, here, and here.  Let me know if there are any others which I may have missed.

I had somewhat low expectations for Jack Reacher, but it turned out to be a pretty bad-ass movie.  I like when Tom Cruise explores his darker side in films.  His performances in Collateral, Interview With a Vampire, and Eyes Wide Shut are three of my favorites.  Click here to watch the Jack Reacher scene which took place about 25 minutes into the film.

Johnnie Walker Black Label Appearance in Bar Rescue

After having watched three seasons of the highly addictive Spike TV series Bar Rescue I am happy to report that there has finally been a scotch sighting.  This clip takes place in the season premier.  There are lots of great mixologists and whisky experts on the show from time to time but many of the drinks being created are fruity concoctions which feature things like rum or vodka.  Nice to finally see a good scotch.

If you haven't had a chance to watch this show, I recommend you add it to your queue asap.  The star of the show is Jon Taffer and he is a no-nonsense kinda guy who demands results and takes zero crap from the various bar owners and staff. Reminds me of the drill instructor in Full Metal Jacket.  Check out the clip.

Glencallan Rears Its Head in "Grey's Anatomy"

Let me begin by saying that I have absolutely no idea what the hell is going on in this scene or even in this episode.  My girlfriend and I gave up on this show back around 2008.  Something about medical dramas has always turned me off and I'm not exactly sure what it is.  Perhaps its the bland lab coats and uniforms everyone is constantly wearing.  Perhaps its the fact that I hate hospitals.  Or perhaps its the fact that they use FAKE FU*%ING SCOTCH when there are a thousand great brands to choose from.

That's right, folks.  Glencallan strikes again!  The same phoney baloney malt that has shown up in episodes of Burn Notice, Nip/Tuck, and Sons of Anarchy has now found it's way into the 12th episode of the 6th season of Grey's Anatomy entitled I Like You So Much Better When You're Naked.  Check out the video and a few screenshots.  Thanks to Sylwia Gejzler for sending me this sighting.  Click here to like us on Facebook.
